You've actually been the only one to say anything. I just know how I feel about situations like this from your end, and don't want that to happen.

Two story series that I've been following here on deviantART (Fox Tayle and La Isla Vulpes) have been put on indefinite hiatus, and I don't want that to happen to The Laurcian. I'd rather end it than do that.

Fox Tayle begins with a military experiment to turn animals into disposable soldiers. The project gets canceled, so the three subjects they'd managed to create need to be killed. One of them escapes. The story is about him making his way through our world while being hunted down by a research group that wants to study him. It's got a lot of action, a lot of humor, and even a little romance. Over thirty chapters long, and a very, very long time since it's been updated.

La Isla Vulpes is about a scientist with a rare disease who's been stuck on an island for a very long time. The only other living thing on the island is a red fox that was there before he crashed (hence his name for the island). One day he discovers that his little companion's DNA is extremely strange, and ends up using it to create a cure for his rare disease. However, this ends up turning him into a Foxtaur. The story follows him as he's finally rescued. Seven chapters so far, but no updates in a long time.
